In 2023, we launched Round Table Talk, an initiative that employs focus group learning and narrative justice to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and aspirations faced by marginalized women founders and the communities they serve. Women founders, particularly Black women, represent the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs; however, they remain largely underserved. This initiative aims to address misconceptions about the significant progress in Black economic mobility, highlighting the ongoing challenges that many Black Americans still face, indicating that true progress remains distant for many.
